You can access the diet manual through the FDA web site: http://www.eatrightflorida.org. On our home page, click the Florida Diet Manual Online link:
That will take you to the diet manual home page. Click the login button on that page:
On the login screen, enter your username and click the login button. Please contact us if you to not remember your username.
The password is not necessary. Please make note of your username. You will need that every time you log in.

The Table of Contents appears on the left side. You can click the plus signs (+) to expand the Table of Contents:
Click any topic to display the corresponding content on the right side of the browser window.
You can also click the Index and/or Search tabs at the top to help you navigate through the manual.
